A commission from the National Academy of Sciences’s National Research Council in Washington, DC, reports that Britons who love vegetables, oranges and low-fat foods can reduce the risk of cancer. The committee of thirteen scientists and nutritionists said the research shows that following some dietary guidelines can avoid some of the most common cancers.
