目的:观察肺癌患者癌组织中Fas相关磷酸酯酶(FAP-1)的表达,初步探讨FAP-1表达在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,并分析其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例肺癌及15例肺良性病变标本中FAP-1蛋白的表达水平,设置10例正常肺组织为对照组。结果:FAP-1蛋白的阳性表达主要定位在细胞质内,少数也可见胞膜着色。FAP-1蛋白在正常肺组织中未见表达,良性病变中的表达率为6.7%,而在恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为78.3%,与前两者相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。FAP-1的表达与肿瘤的分化程度和转移呈显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄和肿瘤大小无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:FAP-1在肺癌组织中有广泛表达,在临床有转移、分期晚和病理分级低的组织中表达增高,可能对于肺癌的发病机制及恶变程度具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of Fas-related phosphatase (FAP-1) in the cancer tissue of patients with lung cancer, and to explore the role of FAP-1 expression in tumorigenesis and to analyze its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of FAP-1 protein in 60 cases of lung cancer and 15 cases of benign pulmonary lesion. 10 cases of normal lung tissue were set as the control group. Results: The positive expression of FAP-1 protein mainly located in the cytoplasm, a few also visible membrane staining. The expression of FAP-1 protein in normal lung tissues was 6.7%, while it was 78.3% in malignant tumors, which was significantly different from the former two groups (P <0.01) ). The expression of FAP-1 was significantly correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation and metastasis (P <0.05), but not with age and tumor size (P> 0.05). Conclusions: FAP-1 is widely expressed in lung cancer tissues and expressed in clinically metastatic, late-stage and low-grade tissues, which may be of significance for the pathogenesis and malignant degree of lung cancer.
