目的识别硝酸硼砂法生产硼酸项目存在的职业病危害因素种类及强度,为职业病危害因素防护和健康干预工作提供科学依据。方法 2013年5月对某企业硝酸硼砂法生产硼酸项目进行现场调查、职业病危害因素检测与分析。结果该硝酸硼砂法硼酸生产企业存在的主要职业病危害因素为其他粉尘、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、噪声,其中浓缩岗位工人接触噪声强度不符合国家职业接触限值标准要求。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施较差,应加强职业卫生管理和个人卫生防护,有效防止职业病发生。
Objective To identify the types and intensities of occupational hazards that exist in the production of boric acid by the borax method of bismuth nitrate so as to provide a scientific basis for protection and health intervention of occupational hazards. Methods In May 2013, a field investigation was conducted on the boric acid production by borax by borated nitric acid in an enterprise, and the detection and analysis of occupational hazards were carried out. Results The main occupational hazards of the boric acid boric acid boric acid manufacturer were other dusts, NO, NO2 and noise. The contact noise intensity of workers in concentrated positions did not meet the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are not good. Occupational health management and personal hygiene protection should be strengthened so as to effectively prevent occupational diseases from occurring.
