本文研究了不同鼠龄的免疫活性鼠(nu/+)和先天性T细胞缺陷鼠(nu/nu)对致死性汉坦病毒脑膜脑炎的易感性和抵抗力,以期确定鼠对汉坦病毒的易感性是否与鼠龄或免疫状态有关。作者用汉坦病毒76-118株10~(4.6)PFU(蚀斑形成单位)经脑内接种不同鼠龄(0、5、7、9、14、21、28和42日龄)的nu/+鼠和nu/nu鼠,观察发病体征、组织病理学改变并检测病毒抗原、免疫荧光抗体和中和抗体。结果:0、5、7和9日龄nu/+鼠和nu/nu鼠接种病毒后均出现体重减轻、竖毛、弯背、极度兴奋、运动失调、肢体瘫痪,最后惊厥而突然死亡。1周龄内的鼠死亡率达100%,9日龄鼠为60%,14~42日龄鼠不发病,但鼠的存活数与鼠龄呈反比关系。鼠的平均死亡时间:新生的nu/+鼠为17.7±0.3天;5日龄鼠为13.4±1.3天;7日龄鼠为10.7±0.9天。显示1周龄nu/+
In this paper, the susceptibility and resistance of lethal Hantavirus meningoencephalitis in nude mice with different age (nu / +) and innate T cell deficient mice (nu / nu) were studied in order to determine the effect of Hantaan virus Susceptibility is related to age or immune status. The authors used the hantaan virus 76-118 strain 10 ~ (4.6) PFU (plaque forming units) were intracerebral inoculation of different mouse ages (0,5,7,9,14,21,28 and 42 days old) nu / + Mice and nu / nu mice to observe the signs of pathogenesis, histopathological changes and detection of viral antigens, immunofluorescent antibodies and neutralizing antibodies.
