试述小儿风湿热的特点、诊断和治疗。一、小儿风湿热的特点: (一)小儿的症状与体征一般较成人明显。(二)小儿关节炎症状较成人为轻,而心脏炎则较重。(三)风湿性心脏炎是小儿风湿热最常见(65～80%)的表现,亦是小儿充血性心力衰竭最常见的病因。(四)环形红斑较多见于小儿。(五)舞蹈症绝大多数见于小儿时期,以5～15岁女孩多见,有时舞蹈症患儿可始终不伴其它风湿热表现,脑脊液检查及其它实验室检查可属正常。
On the characteristics of rheumatic fever in children, diagnosis and treatment.
