上个月,国家统计局公布第三季度经济增长6.9%,这是继2009以来的六年当中,中国GDP增速首次跌破7%,尽管只差0.1个百分点,能否在接下来的第四季度有所突破,进而完成全年7%的增长目标将成为看点。看似单调而抽象的数据,反映在微观层面却是血淋淋的现实,纺织、服装、鞋子、玩具等劳动密集型企业,因劳动成本的节节攀升,频现倒闭潮。有媒体报道,最近有2000多家台资企业大举“撤离”东莞,500万工人“无工可打”被迫离开。亚洲鞋业协会的统计显示,近年约有1/3鞋业订单从中国转移至东南亚。
