为实现小鼠微计算机断层扫描(Micro computed tomography,Micro-CT)图像的多器官准确快速勾画和定量分析,研究了基于小鼠数字图谱和图像弹性配准技术的多器官快速分割方法。该方法分四个步骤:1)外轮廓、骨骼和肺脏的自动勾画;2)基于外轮廓、骨骼将待分析的小鼠Micro-CT图像和数字图谱对准;3)小鼠内部器官的弹性配准和自动划分;4)三维网格模型的建立和定量分析。结果表明:该方法能提高小鼠分子影像分析的效率、精确性和可重复性,可广泛应用于小鼠分子影像定量分析中。
In order to realize the rapid and accurate multi-organ delineation and quantitative analysis of mouse micro-computed tomography (Micro-CT) images, a multi-organ rapid segmentation method based on mouse digital map and image elasticity registration technology was studied. The method is divided into four steps: 1) automatic contouring of the outline, bone and lung; 2) alignment of the mouse Micro-CT image and the digital map to be analyzed based on the outline; 3) elasticity of the internal organs of the mouse Registration and automatic division; 4) 3D mesh model establishment and quantitative analysis. The results show that the method can improve the efficiency, accuracy and repeatability of molecular imaging in mice and can be widely used in the quantitative analysis of molecular images in mice.
