光动力学疗法(PDT)是指用亲肿瘤的光敏药物,通过经光子激发后产生的光动力学效果治疗恶性肿瘤的方法。大量实践研究认为,激光是当前最理想的激发光源。自从1924年Policard报道有些动物的肿瘤在Wo-od氏灯照射下,可出现荧光,以后许多学者进行了大量有关用荧光或光敏物质,处理恶性肿瘤的研究。直到1960年Lipson氏研制成功血卟啉衍生物(HpD)后,成功地推动了光敏反应用于肿瘤临床定位的研究。目前,作为肿瘤定位选用的激光为波长405nm的氪离子激光。东京医科大学从1978年开始,利用HPD氪离子激光在大动物的肺癌模型上,进行了早期肺癌定位的
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) refers to a method of treating malignant tumors by photodynamically generated photodynamically-acceptable photosensitizing agents. A large number of practical studies believe that the laser is the most ideal source of excitation. Since 1924, Policard reported that tumors of some animals may fluoresce under the light of Wo-od’s lamp. Later, many scholars conducted a large number of studies on the treatment of malignant tumors with fluorescent or photosensitive substances. Until Lipson’s successful development of hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD) in 1960, the photosensitivity reaction was successfully promoted for the study of clinical tumor localization. At present, the laser selected for tumor localization is a cesium ion laser with a wavelength of 405 nm. Tokyo Medical University began positioning lung cancer in the lungs of large animals using the HPD helium ion laser since 1978.
