古巴共产党在严峻的外部环境下,始终坚持和捍卫社会主义,保证党的执政地位不动摇,最根本的原因在于古共十分重视密切党与群众之间的联系,巩固了党的执政基础。其重大举措为:根据本国国情,扩大意识形态的包容性,增强广大群众对党的认同感;深入基层,与群众直接沟通,倾听群众意见;赋予党员群众直接参与重大事务的讨论和决定的权利;关心群众疾苦,解决群众的紧迫问题;狠抓廉政建设,维护党在群众中的形象和威信。
Under the severe external environment, the Cuban Communist Party always upholds and defends socialism and unswervingly upholds the party’s ruling position. The fundamental reason for this is that Cuba attached great importance to the ties between the close party and the masses and consolidated the party’s governing foundation. Its major measures include: expanding ideological inclusion according to its own national conditions and enhancing the broad masses’ sense of identity with the party; deepening grassroots work, direct communication with the masses and listening to the opinions of the masses; and giving party members and their masses direct access to discussions and decisions on major issues ; Concern for the sufferings of the masses and the urgent problems of the masses; pay close attention to the building of an honest and clean government and safeguarding the party’s image and prestige among the masses.
