This paper attempts to systematically explore the translation of foreign propaganda from the perspective of ideological manipulation according to Andrei Lefevere’s rewriting theory. Through the analysis of the translation of foreign propaganda, the translator is given a clear understanding of the manipulation of ideology in the translation of foreign propaganda and the quality of foreign propaganda translation.
