在飞机进气道斜板位置控制系统的地面试验过程中,需要模拟实际飞行状态中斜板所受到的气动载荷谱。本文介绍一种用于模拟气动载荷谱的电液加载控制系统的设计和实现,包括系统的总体设计思想、系统的硬件设计、控制方案的设计以及测控软件的设计等,并给出加载控制的试验结果。系统采用了模拟前馈补偿和综合数字控制方案,选用压力控制电液伺服阀和双出杆的加载作动筒,使多余力得到了有效的控制,并具有较好的跟踪性能。开发的软件包具有功能丰富、操作方便的特点。
During the ground test of the aircraft’s inclined plane control system of the air intake, it is necessary to simulate the aerodynamic load spectrum experienced by the inclined plane in the actual flight state. This paper introduces the design and realization of an electro-hydraulic loading control system for simulating the aerodynamic load spectrum, including the overall system design, system hardware design, control scheme design and measurement and control software design, and gives the load control test results. The system adopts the simulation feed-forward compensation and integrated digital control scheme. The pressure-controlled electro-hydraulic servo valve and the double-rod loading cylinder are adopted, which makes the excess force effectively controlled and has better tracking performance. Developed software package is feature-rich, easy to operate features.
