由于施工技术的不断发展,采用28天抗压强度确定混凝土标号的传统方法已不能适应现代化施工的要求。为此,各国土建工程技术人员近年来在缩短混凝土强度测试周期方面作了不少研究,并取得了一定的进展,使测试周期从原来的28天缩短到1天,甚至几小时。早期快速判定方法大致可分为二类,即拌合物实际配合比的快速分析法和加速硬化法。本文主要介绍后一种方法。
Due to the continuous development of construction technology, the traditional method of determining the concrete marking using the 28-day compressive strength has been unable to meet the requirements of modern construction. To this end, civil engineering and technical personnel in various countries have made many studies in recent years to shorten the testing cycle of concrete strength, and have made certain progress, shortening the testing cycle from the original 28 days to one day or even several hours. Early rapid determination methods can be roughly divided into two categories, namely, the rapid analysis method and the accelerated hardening method of the actual mix ratio of the mixture. This article mainly introduces the latter method.
