1 功能取向的三个原则解决功能取向要遵循一定的原则,掌握一定的尺度。我认为有三个方面必须着重考虑。一是有用性。精神文明建设一个重要取向就是对企业的改革、发展、稳定有用。一定时期精神文明建设所开展的活动必须对企业的重要工作能发挥促进和保障作用。企业是以利润最大化为主要目标的经济组织,其精神文明建设必须放在对企业有用这一基点上。
