目的 观察甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)心肌细胞形态计量学变化,探讨甲减性心脏病的发病机制。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为两组:正常对照组和甲减组;观察二组大鼠血清甲状腺激素水平、心脏重量改变;应用MIAS-2000型图像分析系统测量大鼠左室心肌细胞横断面的面积、最大直径、最小直径及右心室室壁厚度;应用ABPAS染色技术观察心肌细胞形态学改变。结果 甲减组大鼠血清甲状腺激素水平显著降低;二组心脏重量未见显著改变;甲减心肌横断面的面积、最大和最小直径均显著降低,右心室室壁厚度呈下降趋势;甲减心肌肌浆空泡样变性、心肌间ABPAS染色呈弱阳性、心脏内膜软骨化生。结论 甲减心肌细胞萎缩、变性;心肌间酸性粘多糖沉积;心内膜软骨化生,这些结构的变化与其功能的改变密切相关。
Objective To observe the morphometric changes of cardiomyocytes in hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) and explore the pathogenesis of hypothyroidism. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal control group and hypothyroidism group. Serum thyroid hormone levels and heart weight were observed in two groups. The left and right ventricular myocytes were measured by MIAS-2000 image analysis system Area, maximum diameter, minimum diameter and wall thickness of right ventricle. The morphological changes of myocardial cells were observed by ABPAS staining. Results The thyroid hormone level in hypothyroidism group was significantly lower than that in control group. The heart weight of the two groups had no significant change. The area, the maximum and the minimum diameter of the hypothyroidism myocardial cross-section were significantly reduced, while the thickness of the right ventricular wall decreased. Saponification of sarcoplasmosis, myocardial weak positive ABPAS staining, endocardial cartilage metaplasia. Conclusions Hypothyroidism is atrophy and degeneration of cardiac muscle cells. The deposition of acidic mucopolysaccharides in myocardium and chondroplasia of the endocardium are closely related to the changes of these functions.
