由陕西,河南,湖北、甘肃、宁夏、青海,新疆七省联合举办的中国内燃机学会中西部学术年会于1985年9月24～27日在洛阳召开。参加这次年会的内燃机专家、学者共165人。中国内燃机学会副理事长洪宝顺、秘书长王明华参加了会议,并作了重要讲话;中国内燃机学会理事长史绍熙发来了贺电。 大会交流学术论文58篇,内容丰富,题材广泛,涉及理论分析、设计计算、材料工艺和发展预测等多方面的内容,反映了中西部地区内燃机的研究成果和发展水平。
The China Society of Internal Combustion Engines Association Midwest Academic Annual Meeting, jointly organized by Shaanxi, Henan, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and Xinjiang, was held in Luoyang from September 24 to 27, 1985. A total of 165 internal combustion engine experts and scholars participated in this annual meeting. Mr. Hong Baoshun, Vice Chairman of the China Internal Combustion Engine Institute, and Wang Minghua, Secretary-General attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Shi Shaoxi, Chairman of the China Combustion Engine Institute, sent a congratulatory message. The conference exchanges 58 academic papers with rich content and broad topics, covering many aspects such as theoretical analysis, design calculation, material technology, and development forecast, reflecting the research achievements and development level of the internal combustion engine in the central and western regions.
