利用DEFORM-3D软件对花键轴的冷挤压成形过程进行了有限元模拟,分析了2次挤压中工件表面出现折叠缺陷的原因。结果表明:1次挤压的模具结构不合理导致后续工序中分型面处出现汇流并形成折叠。通过优化1次挤压模具结构,得到了满足生产要求的冷挤压模具。
The finite element simulation of the cold extrusion process of the spline shaft was carried out by DEFORM-3D software. The reason of the folding defects on the surface of the workpiece during the secondary extrusion was analyzed. The results show that the unreasonable mold structure of one extrusion causes confluence and folding at the parting surface in the subsequent process. By optimizing the structure of the extrusion die 1 time, a cold extrusion die was obtained to meet the production requirements.
