Lead, mercury, and cadmium are toxic metal elements of biological organisms. It has been confirmed that the testis and epididymides of mammals are sensitive to the toxic effects of cadmium, and that cadmium is closely related to the diseases of testicular tissue such as tumors and infertility. However, opinions on the effects of lead and mercury on the reproductive function of male animals have not been consistent. In this paper, the effects of lead, mercury, and cadmium on the lipid peroxidation of testicular tissue homogenate were observed using in vitro methods in order to provide evidence for the reproductive toxicity of lead, mercury, and cadmium. 1 Materials and Methods Preparation of Testicular Tissue Homogenate Male Wistar-Kowloon, weighing 200-250 g. The decapitation was performed and the blood was quickly removed from the testes, the capsules were peeled off and weighed. The testicles are cut and crushed to a certain volume of KCl-Tris
