为研究高压氧惊厥的预防,将小白鼠进行6绝对大气压高压氧暴露。在暴露前将动物用DABA或安定进行处理,则可延缓惊厥的发作或降低发作率。但,DABA的毒性大,而安定较安全可靠。本文对高压氧惊厥的机理进行了探讨。作者支持高压氧惊厥与GABA有关的假说。
To study the prevention of hyperbaric oxygen convulsions, mice were exposed to 6 bar absolute hyperbaric oxygen. Animals treated with DABA or diazepam prior to exposure may delay the onset of seizures or reduce the rate of seizures. However, DABA is more toxic and more stable and stable. This article discusses the mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen convulsion. The authors support the hypothesis that GABA is associated with hyperbaric oxygen concussion.
