这次土產會議開得很好,裴副主席的總結也做得很好,這次會議所反映出來的經驗和問题都总結起來和得到解决了。我們参加此次會議的同志們對这一工作已重視起來了。我希望到會的各個幹部能把这次會議的精神和裴副主席的總結貫徹下去,把土產工作搞得更好。我們必須了解農業、副业、手工業的發展,不是一年、二年的事,而是長期的工作,是十年、二十年的事。我們要了解中国的經濟還是相當落后的:農业、副業、手工業在整個国民經濟中佔百分之九十。如不重視百分之九十的問題并予以合理的解决,要想走到工业化是不可能的

I hope all cadres attending this meeting can carry forward the spirit of this meeting and the summary made by Vice Chairman Pei, and do a better job of indigenous work. We must understand that the development of agriculture, sideline and handicrafts industry is not a one-year or two-year event. It is a long-term task and a decade or two. We must understand that China’s economy is quite backward: agriculture, sideline and handicrafts account for 90% of the entire national economy.
