采用大变形刚塑性有限元法模拟超塑性材料轴对称锥形模约束胀形过程。分析了应变速率敏感性(m值)和模具侧壁倾角(α值)对胀形件厚度分布的影响。模拟结果与实验结果吻合,从而为应用塑性有限元法指导超塑性材料约束胀形的工艺设计和模具设计提供依据。
Large deformation rigid - plastic finite element method for simulating superplastic material axisymmetric conical die constrained bulging process. The influence of strain rate sensitivity (m value) and mold sidewall inclination (α value) on the thickness distribution of bulge was analyzed. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, so as to provide the basis for the application of the plastic finite element method in the process design and mold design of superplastic material constrained bulging.
