目的:观察引导膜材料结构特点和牙周膜细胞(PDLC)附着生长情况并分析初步应用效果。方法:本实验运用了细胞培养、扫描电镜和动物实验组织学观察等技术。结果:国产的膨体聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)膜对PDLC无明显毒性或抑制作用,有较好的生物相容性,基本符合牙周引导性组织再生(GTR)引导膜的要求;对牙周骨缺损的愈合有保护和促进的作用,尤其在早期对结合上皮的根向迁移有明显的抑制作用。结论:该材料有利于新生牙槽骨、牙骨质的修复再生和新附着关系的建立。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the characteristics of the guiding membrane material and the growth of PDLC and analyze the preliminary application results. Methods: The experiment used cell culture, scanning electron microscopy and animal experiments such as histological observation techniques. Results: Domestic ePTFE membrane had no obvious toxicity or inhibitory effect on PDLC, and had good biocompatibility. It basically conformed to the requirements of GTR guided membrane. On the healing of periodontal bone defects have a protective and promoting role, especially in the early phase of the junctional epithelial migration significantly inhibited. Conclusion: The material is conducive to the regeneration of alveolar bone, cementum regeneration and the establishment of new attachment.
