碾压混凝土筑坝技术是一种新兴的筑坝技术,在南阳回龙电站的碾压混凝土的配合比设计中,内部C15W4碾压混凝土粉煤灰掺量达到65%,外部C20W8碾压混凝土粉煤灰掺量达到60%,而规范DL5108-1999规定活性掺和料的掺量在外部混凝土中不宜超过总胶凝材料的45%,内部混凝土中宜占总胶凝材料的50%~60%,均超出规范的规定,通过现场检测,混凝土的各项性能均达到设计要求。这一技术在南阳回龙工程中的成功运用,为今后碾压混凝土坝设计中合理确定活性掺和料的掺量方面提供了宝贵经验。
