用氨基酸自动分析仪测定被不同密度褐飞虱和白背飞虱单一种群与混合种群取食为害后的汕优63稻株叶鞘的氨基酸含量。结果表明 ,在 2 0、 4 0、 60、 80和 1 0 0头 /穴的若虫密度下 ,两种群的取食为害都能引起稻株氨基酸含量发生增加、减少和不规则的变化。在所测定的 1 7种氨基酸中 ,蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸和赖氨酸等 3种氨基酸含量在为害后均表现为增加 ,苯丙氨酸仅在单一种群为害后表现为减少 ,丝氨酸、丙氨酸和酪氨酸在混合种群为害后都表现为减少 ,其余氨基酸对两种飞虱的取食为害反应不一。还讨论了氨基酸变化的原因与意义。
The amino acid contents of leaf sheaths of Shanyou 63 rice plants were determined by amino acid analyzer after being eaten by single population and mixed population of N. lugens and S. furcifera at different densities. The results showed that feeding on the two populations could increase, decrease and irregularly change the amino acid content of rice plants at the nymph densities of 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 heads / hole. Among the 17 kinds of amino acids tested, the contents of three amino acids, methionine, isoleucine and lysine, showed an increase after the damage, while the phenylalanine showed a decrease only after the single population was damaged. Serine, Both tryptophan and tyrosine showed a decrease after mixed population damage, and the remaining amino acids reacted differently to the two feeding planthoppers. Also discussed the reasons and significance of amino acid changes.
