采用液体发酵法研究了灵芝培养过程中发酵液pH值、菌丝体生物量、胞外胞内多糖含量及漆酶和羧甲基纤维素酶活性的变化规律,结果表明:菌丝体生物量、胞外胞内多糖含量及漆酶和羧甲基纤维素酶活性在整个培养过程中均呈先升后降趋势,pH值前3天下降,之后基本不变;菌丝体生物量、胞内多糖含量及漆酶和羧甲基纤维素酶活性具有相同时间效应和变化趋势,均在发酵4d后达到峰值.漆酶和羧甲基纤维素酶活性可以反映灵芝菌丝体生长状况,且相对于其它检测指标更为灵敏、简便,可用于发酵过程指示和控制.
Liquid fermentation was used to study the changes of pH value, biomass of mycelium, contents of extracellular intracellular polysaccharides and activities of laccase and carboxymethylcellulose during the culture of Ganoderma lucidum. The results showed that: mycelial biomass , The contents of extracellular intracellular polysaccharides and laccase and carboxymethylcellulase activities increased first and then decreased in the whole process of culture, but decreased in the first three days, and then remained basically unchanged. The mycelial biomass, The content of polysaccharides and the activity of laccase and carboxymethylcellulose had the same time effect and trend of change, both reached the peak value after 4 days of fermentation.The activities of laccase and carboxymethylcellulase could reflect the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium Relative to other test indicators more sensitive, easy, can be used for fermentation process instructions and control.
