对本厂生产中用的试棒、标准楔形试块与曲轴本体试样的性能进行了试验分析,认为楔形试块不能代表球铁曲轴,并确定了能够代表曲轴本体的毛坯试块的形状、尺寸和取样位置。目前,验收球墨铸铁曲轴机械性能所用的试块,按GB1348—78标准的规定系采用楔形试块。但是,由于各厂球铁曲轴的几何尺寸、冷却和补缩条件可能差别很大,所以采用相同的试块就会出现试块的性能基本一致,而曲轴的性能却差异很大这种情况。在过去几年中, 我厂是以φ25×110mm的圆形试棒作为测定曲轴机械性能的毛坯试块,曾发生过断轴事件。这就促使我们去研究能代表曲轴机械性能的试块的形状和尺寸问题。
