采用补体溶血抑制实验 ,观察砷及砷硒联合染毒对大鼠血清补体抑制活性的影响 ,以探讨砷对免疫功能的影响及硒的拮抗作用。结果显示 ,染砷组大鼠血清补体抑制率明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;砷 +硒组血清补体抑制率比染砷组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两剂量硒组之间也无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。提示 ,砷可致血清补体抑制活性下降 ,使补体自稳状态遭到破坏 ,可能参与砷中毒引起的免疫病理过程。硒可有效拮抗砷的毒作用
The effect of arsenic, arsenic and selenium on the serum complement inhibitory activity was observed by using complement hemolysis test to explore the effect of arsenic on immune function and selenium antagonism. The results showed that the inhibitory rate of serum complement in arsenic-treated rats was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05); the complement inhibitory rate of arsenic + selenium group was significantly higher than that of the arsenic-exposed group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two doses of selenium group (P> 0.05). Tip, arsenic can cause serum complement inhibitory activity decreased, so that the state of complement stability was destroyed, may be involved in the immune pathology caused by arsenic poisoning.
