最近的一则研究结果表明:补充体液消耗最好是喝凉开水。实验显示,煮沸后的水。经过自然冷却至20℃~25℃之间,就是所谓的凉开水了。因为溶解在凉开水里的气体比没有煮沸前少了1/2,而凉开水此时的性质也就发生了相应的变化:内聚力随之增加,分子之间则更加紧密,表面张力也加强了。这些性质与生物细胞的水十分接近,因而就加强了人体细胞的亲合性。早晨起床后,喝一杯300~400cc 的凉开水,有健体强身的功效。
