慢性肾衰是慢性肾功能不全的严重阶段,为各种慢性肾脏疾病持续发展的共同转归。主要表现为代谢产物的潴留、水电解质、酸碱平衡失调和全身各系统症状的一组临床综合征。病程发展缓慢,是进行性的、不可逆的。故原发病的积极有效的治疗、早期诊断、延缓病情进展是一焦点。我们于1993年以来共收治慢性肾衰52例,总结报告如下。 Chronic renal failure is a serious stage of chronic renal failure, for a variety of chronic kidney disease, the common outcome of the continuous development.
