目的:评价分析弹性吸盘在上颌全口义齿修复中应用的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院于2012年1月~2013年4月收治的100例因固位条件差致上颌全口义齿固位不良患者的病历资料,所有患者均借助于弹性吸盘对上颌全口义齿进行修复,调查分析患者修复前、修复后第一个月、第三个月、第六个月以及一年后满意度。结果:100例患者随访1年之后,患者使用弹性吸盘进行上颌全口义齿进行修复之后,使用后5个时间点义齿固位效果明显提高,同时其满意度也明显提高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。使用后的一个月和以后的4个时间点固位效果的满意度进行比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:因固位条件差致上颌全口义齿固位不良患者采取弹性吸盘低上颌全口义齿进行修复,其应用效果尤为显著,同时其修复方式较为经济、有效和便捷,有着一定的可行性和安全性,值得推广。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of elastic suction cup in maxillary complete denture repair.
