关于十二指肠患者和正常人进蛋白质饮食后的胃泌素分泌反应,各学者的实验结果相互矛盾。本文作者对25名十二指肠溃疡患者及16名正常人输给蛙皮素,以观察其胃泌素释放的差别及胃酸分泌情况。蛙皮素可能系作为神经递质而诱发内源性胃泌素释放,在正常人中诱发的胃泌素分泌比食物更为强烈。作者对以上两组人作了下列三种实验:1.蛙皮素10 ng/kg/min刺激胃泌素及胃酸分泌,历时30分钟;2.标准餐刺激胃泌素分泌;3.皮下注射五肽胃泌素6μg/kg刺激胃酸分泌。每二项实验间至少相隔4天。血浆胃泌素用放射免疫法测定。实验结果发现两组在蛙皮素静滴后血浆胃泌素均
