眼睛是人体的重要器官,如果视力受到损伤,会给生活带来极大不便。如今正值春季,时令正与肝胆相对应,肝开窍于目,是眼病高发季节,更是护眼的好时节。护肝食物:富含B族维生素的食物:粗粮、小麦胚芽、动物肝脏。粗粮可以在很大程度上弥补精细粮中所丢失的维生素B族,从而保护和促进肝脏代谢,减少酒精伤害,所以,在日常生活中一定要保证粗粮的摄入量。
