国有企业改革稳步推进,薪酬问题一直为改革的重点之一。国有企业原有的付酬依据为工龄、工作岗位和工作效率。但随着改革的步伐加快,其原有付酬依据的不合理性已经凸现出来。因此许多国企已经进行了薪酬改革。通过实证分析,进一步论证改革后付酬因素对于现有薪酬水平的影响程度,从而为国企未来薪酬改革提供理论支撑。
The reform of state-owned enterprises progressed steadily and the issue of remuneration has always been one of the focuses of the reform. The original remuneration of state-owned enterprises is based on length of service, jobs and work efficiency. However, with the acceleration of the reform, the unreasonableness of its original payment basis has been highlighted. So many state-owned enterprises have already carried out salary reform. Through empirical analysis, we further demonstrate the impact of the remuneration factors on the existing remuneration level after the reform so as to provide theoretical support for the remuneration reform of state-owned enterprises in the future.
