目的对某电子废弃物处理企业的职业病危害因素进行识别,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护设施及其效果,提出职业卫生补充措施,为企业职业病的防治提供依据。方法按照生产工艺划分评价单元(粉碎车间和回收车间),采用现场调查与职业卫生检测相结合的方法进行评价。结果该企业工作场所存在着粉尘、噪声、高温、以及硝酸(二氧化氮)、氨、盐酸、氰化氢等职业病危害因素,除废PCB线投料工位的噪声强度超标,其余工位的检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准要求。结论该企业在职业病防治工作上,措施得力,防尘、毒和防噪声设施齐全,总体评价符合国家卫生标准,但个别噪声作业岗位仍有超标,尚需加强管理。
Objective To identify occupational hazards in an e-waste disposal enterprise, analyze its harmfulness and its impact on workers’ health, evaluate occupational hazards and its effects, and propose supplementary measures for occupational health so as to provide basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises. Methods According to the production process, the evaluation unit (crushing plant and recovery workshop) was divided according to the production process, and the method of field investigation and occupational health examination was used to evaluate. Results There were dust, noises and high temperature in the workplace of the enterprise. Occupational hazards such as nitric acid (NO2), ammonia, hydrochloric acid and hydrogen cyanide were also found in the workplace. The results are in line with national occupational health standards. Conclusion The enterprise has effective measures in prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. The facilities for dust prevention, poison and noise prevention are complete. The overall evaluation complies with the national health standards. However, the number of individual noise jobs still exceeds the standard, and the management still needs to be strengthened.
