主要研究焊缝的建模技术,建立拼焊板成形数值模拟的方法。采用厚度为0.8mm+1.2mm的激光拼焊钢板,成形简单盒形件,其拉延深度分别为90、70和50mm,采用四种方案进行冲压。数值模拟结果表明,采用最后一种方案(阶梯式压边圈+焊缝夹紧柱)既可消除薄侧板料起皱,又可控制焊缝移动,提高拼焊板的成形性能。
Mainly studies the welding seam modeling technology, establishes the method of the numerical simulation of the welding plate forming. The thickness of 0.8mm + 1.2mm laser welding steel plate, forming a simple box, the drawing depth of 90,70 and 50mm, respectively, using four programs for stamping. The numerical simulation results show that the last method (step blank holder + weld clamping column) can eliminate the wrinkling on the thin side plate, control the welding seam movement and improve the forming performance of the tailor welded plate.
