研究了改性 ZSM-5、改性 β及 ZRP分子筛催化剂上甲醇与异丁烯合成甲基叔丁基醚 (MTBE)的反应过程。在间歇反应器中对 H型和多价阳离子 (包括 Mg2 + ,Ca2 + ,L a3+ )型的上述分子筛进行了活性评价。结合对分子筛结构和酸性的表征 ,考察了改性分子筛催化剂的结构和酸性质对 MTBE合成反应活性的影响。
The reaction of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) with methanol and isobutylene on modified ZSM-5, modified β and ZRP zeolite catalysts was studied. The molecular sieves of the H type and multivalent cations (including Mg2 +, Ca2 +, La3 +) type were evaluated for activity in a batch reactor. Combined with the molecular sieve structure and acidity characterization, the effects of the structure and acidity of the modified molecular sieve catalyst on the activity of MTBE synthesis were investigated.
