目的:建立免试剂离子色谱法快速测定饮水消毒副产物亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐的方法。方法:选用Ionpac AS19阴离子分析柱,在线产生20 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,流速1.0 ml/min,电导检测器检测。结果:亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐在0~0.80 mg/L范围内线性良好,精密度高(RSD%<1.5),亚氯酸盐相关系数0.9995,回收率在93.0%~101.3%之间,最低检出限为2.24μg/L;氯酸盐相关系数0.9997,回收率在95.5%~104.2%之间,最低检出限为3.26μg/L。结论:方法简单、快速、灵敏,可适用于饮水消毒副产物亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐的检测。
Objective: To establish a reagent-free ion chromatography method for rapid determination of chlorite and chlorate in water disinfection by-products. Methods: An Ionpac AS19 anion analytical column was used to generate 20 mmol / L KOH as eluent at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. The conductivity detector was used for the detection. Results: The calibration curves of chlorite and chlorate in the range of 0 ~ 0.80 mg / L were linear, with high precision (RSD% <1.5), chlorite correlation coefficient of 0.9995 and recovery rates of 93.0% ~ 101.3% , The minimum detectable limit was 2.24μg / L, the correlation coefficient of chlorate was 0.9997, the recoveries were between 95.5% and 104.2%, and the minimum detectable limit was 3.26μg / L. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive and can be applied to the detection of chlorite and chlorate in water disinfection by-products.
