随着私募股权投资基金在我国的发展,对私募股权投资基金监管的需求也越来越迫切,作为私募股权投资基金监管的最后一道防线,对私募股权投资基金的退出监管尤为重要。但是对私募股权投资基金的退出监管仍然存在很多问题。缺乏完善的法律体系,中介机构介入标准参差不齐,退出监管制度单一等问题阻碍着私募股权投资基金在我国的发展。建立健全私募股权投资基金退出机制相关法律制度,严格把控中介机构的介入标准,形成多方位、多角度的退出监管机制。
With the development of private equity funds in our country, the demand for the supervision of private equity funds is also becoming more and more urgent. As the last line of defense for the supervision of private equity funds, it is particularly important to regulate the exit of private equity funds. However, there are still many problems with the exit of private equity funds. The lack of a sound legal system, the uneven standards of intervention in intermediaries, the withdrawal of a single regulatory system, and other issues hinder the development of private equity funds in our country. Establish and improve the relevant legal system for the exit mechanism of private equity investment funds, strictly control the intermediary standards of intermediaries, and form a multi-directional and multi-angle exit regulatory mechanism.
