渤海油田目前是中国海上最大的油田,也是全国第二大原油生产基地,现有员工4000余人,专业结构涵盖地质、物探、钻井、开发、工程、油气生产、企业管理等多个领域,大专以上学历人员占80%。渤海油田油气产量自2010年达到3000万m3后,又连续2年再次突破3000万m3。2011年、2012年渤海油田产值连续2年突破千亿元大关,工业增加值继续保持天津市工业企业首位。
