作者报告用手工研磨、密闭振荡式研磨和胶囊式银汞调合机三种方法研磨银汞合金后,进行立即充填和分组延期充填(即将研磨好的合金浸泡于汞中20min、40min、60min后再行充填)。24h后对充填体进行抗压强度的测定,取其每组平均抗压强度进行对比分析。结果提示立即充填组抗压强度最高且达到正常值要求;延期充填组抗压强度明显降低,且随时间延长呈递减趋势。本文强调了立即充填的重要性。
The authors reported that the silver-amalgam was ground by manual grinding, closed-type oscillating grinding and capsule-type amalgam blending machine and then filled immediately and grouped for delaying filling (ie, the polished alloy was soaked in mercury for 20min, 40min and 60min Fill again). After 24h, the compressive strength of the filling body was measured, and the average compressive strength of each group was compared and analyzed. The results indicated that the compressive strength of the immediately-filled group was the highest and reached the normal value. The compressive strength of the late-filled group was significantly reduced and decreased with time. This article emphasizes the importance of immediate filling.
