为满足空间探测对大孔径空间衍射望远镜的需求,提出了一种空间薄膜衍射望远镜主镜展开的结构形式。首先分析了大孔径空间衍射望远镜成像的特点,提出大孔径空间薄膜衍射望远镜主镜展开对结构设计的要求。然后根据这些设计要求设计了一种新型的展开结构形式,使用三维建模软件Solid Works对提出的模型进行三维建模。最后使用Adams对展开结构模型进行仿真分析。对虚拟样机进行初步仿真结果表明,该展开结构在旋转驱动的驱动下各部件可以按照设计的运动形式展开,且运动平稳、可靠。所提出的主镜折叠展开结构为大孔径空间衍射望远镜主镜展开结构设计提供了一种新的思路。
In order to meet the requirement of space exploration for the large-aperture space diffraction telescope, a structure of the main mirror of the space-thin film diffraction telescope is proposed. Firstly, the imaging characteristics of the large-aperture space diffraction telescope are analyzed, and the requirements for the structural design of the large-aperture space-based diffraction lens are proposed. Then according to these design requirements, a new type of unfolding structure was designed and the proposed model was three-dimensionally modeled using Solid Works software. Finally, Adams is used to carry out simulation analysis of the structural model. The preliminary simulation results on the virtual prototype show that the components can be deployed according to the designed movement under the driving of the rotary drive, and the movement is stable and reliable. The proposed folding structure of the primary mirror provides a new idea for the structural design of the primary mirror of the large-aperture space diffraction telescope.
