在科学性、全面性、时代性的构建原则指导下,针对高考改革的大环境,运用Delphi法、层次分析法构建了高职院校英语教学效果评价指标体系,从而促进和深化高职院校的英语教学改革。
Under the guidance of the construction principle of science, comprehensiveness and timeliness, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of English teaching effect in higher vocational colleges with Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process so as to promote and deepen the development of higher vocational colleges English teaching reform.
