企业文化的建设过程既是实践的过程,也是企业精神培育、企业价值观形成、企业历史文化的积淀过程,它蕴含了“植根历史、体现现实、引领未来”的人文精神。上海石化创立以来,始终致力于企业价值观的培育与实践,不断提升企业文化的渗透力、感染力和说服力。然而,与许多大中型国企一样,在漫长而又痛苦的社会转型期内,在思想多元、价值分化的社会背景下,企业核心价值观在认同和践行上出现了障碍,受到了挑战。
The process of building corporate culture is not only a process of practice but also a process of cultivating entrepreneurship, forming corporate values and accumulating historical and cultural businesses. It embodies the humanistic spirit of “rooted in history, embodying reality and leading the future”. Since its establishment, Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has always been devoting itself to the cultivation and practice of corporate values, constantly improving the permeation, contagion and persuasion of corporate culture. However, like many large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, in the long and painful period of social transition, in the multi-dimensional and diversified social context, the core values of enterprises have encountered obstacles and challenges in their identification and implementation.
