随着静电复印机在档案界的普遍使用,产生了数量庞大的复印件,然而这些复印件中有相当一部分质量不好。为弄清原因,我进行了一些调查研究,走访了桂林复印机厂、联合国复印机产品开发中心、广州化工部合成材料老化研究所、广东省造纸研究所、广东化学纤维研究所、广州塑料研究所、珠江造纸厂、武汉复印机总厂、武汉办公机械研究所、武汉复印机材料厂等单位。对复印过程中各环节之间的联系和影响以及导致复印件质量差的关键性因素,有了比较清楚的了解。一、静电复印各环节对复印件质量的影响静电复印过程共有5个环节:曝光、充电、转印、显影、定影,这些环节均程度不同地对复印件质量产生影响。(1)曝光,曝光量不足,不能形成好的图象。(2)充电,充电量的高低直接影响硒鼓的感光性,因此影响图象的形成质量。充电量高、图象层次少,黑度大,底灰大,电压高容易放电,而且易损伤感光
