《纲要》指出:“教师应善于发现和有效的选择和利用当地特有的自然环境和社区教育资源,调整自身的教育内容和策略,拓展幼儿生活和学习的空间。”课题研究团队借助公办园的学科带头人、骨干教师到民办幼儿园支教这一契机,从“加强学习研讨、转变民办园教师教育观念,带动民办园教师挖掘利用乡土资源丰富课程内容,为幼儿创设探索、实践、创造的自主环境优化一日活动,利用家长资源开展丰富多彩的、形式多样的、具有乡土特色的活动”等几个方面就乡土资源在民办幼儿园的应用与研究进行思考和探讨。
