安徽开发矿业有限公司一期60万t/a选矿车间于2006年建成,待加工原料为镜铁矿(属弱磁性矿)。2007年进行试验性生产,经过几次试生产,发现过滤系统无法满足实际生产需要。1 存在的问题过滤系统现用的精矿浓缩机为NZ-12型中心传动提耙浓缩机,2台浓缩机最大处理量为500 t/d,实际需要处理精矿762.2 t/d,精矿浓缩机处理能力严重不足。现有2台GN-40型筒型内滤真空过滤机,精矿含水量在13%以上,滤布损耗大,维修工作量大。现用过滤机单台最大处理量为24 t,而实际精矿处理量
