随着改革开放以来经济社会的发展,人们生活水平不断提高,汽车开始进入家庭,而与此同时我国停车资源的开发远远落后于车辆的增长速度。20世纪80年代之后,社会各界逐步认识到了这一问题,开始重视城市停车场的规划和建设,但由于停车场建设是一项涉及多个部门的系统工程,实际操作难度大,以致占路停车和违章停车情况严重,加剧了交通拥堵,恶化了城市环境。随着我国汽车工业的进一步发展和汽车进入家庭,汽车数量的增长与停车位短缺之间的矛盾将更加突出,加快我国城市停车场的建设刻不容缓。

With the further development of China’s automobile industry and the entry of automobiles into the home, the contradiction between the growth of the number of cars and the shortage of parking spaces will become more prominent. It is urgent to speed up the construction of urban parking lots in our country.
