在对煤矿事故原因的分析总结中发现,人因所占比重非常大。通过从煤矿企业人员失信的角度切入,总结出可能导致煤矿事故的人员失信行为,并分析其影响因素。基于ANP理论,系统地考虑各层影响因素的内在联系和相互依赖关系,形成一层因素和二层因素的指标体系,建立人员失信行为影响因素的ANP模型。通过对模型的分析和计算,确定不同影响因素对煤矿企业人员失信行为的影响程度。
In the analysis and summary of the causes of coal mine accidents, the proportion of human factors is very large. From the angle of dishonesty of coal miners, this paper summarizes the dishonest behaviors of those who may cause coal mine accidents and analyzes the influencing factors. Based on the theory of ANP, we systematically consider the internal relations and interdependencies of the influencing factors at all levels, form the index system of one-level and two-level factors, and establish the ANP model of the influencing factors of the staff’s dishonesty. Through the analysis and calculation of the model, the influence of different influencing factors on the dishonest behavior of coal miners was determined.
