一、部分预应力电杆的结构特征我厂根据水电部电力建设研究所王典同志撰写的《部分预应力钢筋混凝土电杆的优越性》一文所阐述的理论,设计生产了部分预应力锥形杆,并于1984年底通过基层鉴定。该杆的预应力钢筋和非预应力钢筋均是冷拔低碳钢丝成阶梯形配置,配置于同一圆周上的预应力和非预应力钢筋呈对称式间隔
