本文采用高效液相色谱法,测定中药制剂双黄连粉针中黄芩甙和绿原酸含量。流动相分别是0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾:乙酸:四氢呋喃(100:10:19)和甲醇-10%磷酸缓冲液(10:90),流速分别是0.8和1ml/min;色谱柱ERC-ODS-1161(6×100mm),柱温55℃;黄芩甙以电化学为检测器,检测电压是+650mv;绿原酸以紫外为检测器,检测波长274nm;结果:该方法的最小检测浓度分别为0.025mg/L和0.1mg/L,平均回收率分别为100.1%和100.4%,重现性好。本方法测定快速、简便、准确,适用于含黄芩甙和绿原酸的中药制剂的含量测定。
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of Astragalus membranaceus and chlorogenic acid in Shuanghuanglian injection.
