《普通高中英语课程标准》提出要“倡导任务型的教学途径,培养学生综合语言运用能力”。新课标以学生“能做某事”(即用语言来完成任务)的描述方式设定了各级目标要求(即任务目标),并且明确要求教师要避免单纯的传授语言知识的教学方法,尽量采用“任务型”的教学途径。做好任务型教学设计能够引导学生转变学习方式,更加主动地思考与探究,关注语言知识与语言运用的结合,提升英语学习能力。
